
Mushaal Ijaz is a health and nutrition educator with an academic background in Life Sciences, Health Studies & Gerontology, and holistic nutrition. She holds a BSc (Honours) in Life Sciences from McMaster University, an MSc in Health Studies & Gerontology from the University of Waterloo, and a Diploma in Natural Nutrition from the ±©×ߺÚÁÏ (CSNN). She is a Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant (C.H.N.C.).
Mushaal has experience teaching post-secondary and adult learners at LUMS and CSNN. Her current interests focus on women’s health and metabolic health, particularly the role of nutrition in energy regulation, blood sugar balance, digestive health, and sustainable health behaviours. Her interdisciplinary background informs an evidence-informed, practical approach to nutrition education and health promotion.
