Growing up, Eryn competed in swimming and hockey and was actively involved in High School Rodeo. In 2014, she moved to Calgary to attend Mount Royal University for the Bachelor of Health and Physical Education with a master in Athletic Therapy and a minor in Business Administration. She became a Certified Athletic Therapist in July of 2018. Having experienced major injuries herself, she understands firsthand the frustration and pain that come with being sidelined from the activities. This experience fuels her passion for helping people live healthy, pain-free lives.
Eryn prides herself on providing a full hour of hands-on treatment using a holistic approach. Her focus is on identifying and addressing the ROOT CAUSE of pain rather than simply chasing symptoms.
Eryn has a special interest in concussion and migraine care and has completed additional training in Craniosacral therapy, fascia techniques, vestibular and visual rehabilitation, and concussion management to better support clients with these conditions.
Outside of the clinic, Eryn is committed to continuous learning and giving back to the sporting community that shaped her upbringing. You’ll often find her on the road with the Canadian Pro Rodeo Sport Medicine Team or at horse shows supporting equestrian athletes.
When she’s not working, Eryn enjoys spending time on the trails with her husband and their pooch, traveling north to visit family and friends, or riding with friends on a borrowed horse.
Eryn teaches Anatomy & Physiology and Sports Nutrition at CSNN Calgary.Â
